MyrG-Cdk5r1(2-307) binds Cdk5
Cdk5r1 is a neuron-specific regulatory subunit of Cdk5 that co-precipitates with Cdk5 in rat PC12 cells. Cdk5r1 fills a cyclin-like role for Cdk5, and activates Cdk5 catalytic activity (Tsai et al, 1994)
