Mitf-m binds Smarca4, Smarcb1, Smarce1, Smarcd1
Mitf-M interacts with SWI/SNF complex components Smarca4 (Brg1), Smarcb1 (Ini1) and Smarc31 (Baf57) in mouse melanoma B16 cells as assessed by co-immunoprecipitation (de la Serna et al, 2006). Mitf-m and the SWI/SNF contribute to the expression of melanogenic genes such as Tyr, Tyrp1 and Pmel17 (de la Serna et al, 2006; Aras et al, 2019).
