Csf1 dimer:p-Y559-Csf1r dimer binds Grb2:Sos1
After an initial wave of phosphorylation of Csf1r, the stable Grb2:Sos1 complex transiently binds phospho-Csf1r (Lioubin et al. 1994, Xiong et al 2011). Grb2 has been shown to bind phosphotyrosine-697 (van der Geer and Hunter 1993). However the phosphorylation status of tyrosine-697 at this juncture has not been assayed.
