Scrib is required for Vangl2 asymmetric membrane localization in mouse
Scrib and Vangl2 interact by yeast two hybrid and by co-immunoprecipitation in a manner that depends on the PDZ domains of both proteins. The asymmetric membrane localization of Vangl2 is significantly disrupted in a Scrib mutant mouse, suggesting a role for Scrib in targeting Vangl2 (Montcouquiol et al, 2006).
