Addition of a third glucose to the N-glycan skeleton by Alg10
The last glucose is added to the N-glycan precursor. This reaction occurs inside the ER lumen and uses Dol-P-Glc as the glucose donor. In yeast, this reaction is catalyzed by ALG10 (Burda P and Aebi M,1998).
