DMD binds ACTA1,ACTG1
Based on studies with human DMD and bovine actin from skeletal muscle (ACTA1) or brain (ACTG1), DMD interacts with actin through its N-terminal domain (Renley et al, 1998; Rybakova et al, 1996; Rybakova and Ervasti, 1997).
