Bhlhe22 recruits Prdm8 to intron 1 of CDH11 gene
Mouse Bhlhe22 (also known as Bhlhb5) recruits mouse histone methyltransferase Prdm8 to the first intron of the mouse Cdh11 gene. Binding of the Bhlhe22 homodimer to intron 1 of the Cdh11 gene precedes the recruitment of Prdm8 (Ross et al. 2012).
