Dll1 gene expression is inhibited by Mecp2
Increased occupancy of the mouse Dll1 gene promoter, encoding Notch ligand Delta 1, by mouse Mecp2 correlates with decreased transcription of Dll1. Mecp2 therefore inhibits Dll1 transcription (Li et al. 2014).
