Activin AB/B binds Activin Receptor Acvr2a:Acvr1c
Activin B or Activin AB, but not Activin A binds Activin receptors containing the type I receptor Acvr1c (Alk7) with the type II receptor Acvr2a (Tsuchida et al. 2004, Bernard et al. 2006). Binding to receptors containing Acvr2b is inferred.
