Expression of Cpt1a
The Cpt1a gene is transcribed to yield mRNA (Mootha et al. 2003, Uenaka et al. 1996) and the mRNA is translated to yield protein. Rora together with coactivators enhances transcription of Cpt1a (Lau et al. 2004).
