Rasgrp1 and Rasgrp3 are recruited to the membrane and phosphorylated
In mouse B cells both Rasgrp1 and Rasgrp3 are activated by binding diacylglycerol at the plasma membrane (Johnson et al. 2007, Beaulieu et al. 2007) and being phosphorylated, thereby contributing to the activation of Ras in response to B cell receptor signaling (Coughlin et al. 2005).
