ABCC3 is under transcriptional control of NFE2L2 and contains a functional antioxidant response element within the eighth intron of the human ABCC3 gene. The same has been confirmed through ChIP and Pull-down assay (Canet et al, 2015; Pellegatta et al, 2019)
