Subpathway representing multi-drug resistance (MDR) gene regulated by NFE2L2 (NRF2). These MDR-related genes are known to play a role in Drug resistance. For example, ABCF2 have a role in Cisplatin resistance in ovarian cancer (Bao et al, 2017). Similarly ABCC1 (MRP1), ABCC3 and ABCG2 also have a role in multiple drug resistance (Cole et al,2014; Zeng et al,1999; Mo et al, 2012).
