FOXA2 binds to the CDH1 gene promoter by chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) (Zhang et al. 2015, Bow et al. 2020). FOXA2 may recruit its interaction partner FOXP2 to the CDH1 gene promoter (Liu et al. 2021).
