  • FUNCTION Immunophilin protein with PPIase and co-chaperone activities. Component of steroid receptors heterocomplexes through interaction with heat-shock protein 90 (HSP90). The isomerase activity controls neuronal growth cones via regulation of TRPC1 channel opening.
