NTF4-bound Ntrk2 dimerizes
Endogenous Ntrk2 (Trkb) expressed by neurons of the prefrontal cortex of macaque monkeys dimerizes upon treatment with neurotrophin-4, NTF4 (Ohira et al. 2001). The origin of NTF4 used in the study is not known and is assumed to be a recombinant human NTF4.
