Recombinant mouse Zswim8 co-immunoprecipitates with components of the human CUL2 ubiquitin ligase complex, ELOB (Elongin-B) and ELOC (Elongin-C). Recombinant mouse Zswim8 binds to recombinant human ROBO3.1 (Wang et al. 2013).
