Myosin regulatory light chain phosphorylation by Rock2
The phosphorylation of the mysoin regulatory light chains (MYL9 and MYL12B) by ROCK was demonstrated using nonmuscle myosin II complex isolated from the chicken gizzards and ROCK2 isolated from the bovine brain (Amano et al. 1996).
