Btrc:Cul1:Skp1:Rbx1 ubiquitinylates phosphorylated Per1,2,3
The SCF ubiquitin E3 ligase complex Btrc:Cul1:Skp1:Rbx1 binds phosphorylated mouse Per1 (Shirogane et al.2005) and, by inference other Per proteins, and catalyzes the polymerization of ubiquitin from ubiquitin:E2 complexes onto an unidentified lysine residue of Per1 (Shirogane et al. 2005) and Per2 (inferred from Btrc-dependent decay of Per2 in mouse cells in Eide et al. 2005, Reischl et al. 2007, Ohsaki et al. 2008).
