Msgn1 and Lef1:Ctnnb1 bind the Dll1 gene in presomitic mesoderm
Lef1 and Cnntb1 activated by Wnt signaling bind 13 sites in the 5' region of the Dll1 gene (Galceran et al. 2004). Msgn1 binds 2 sites upstream of the Dll1 coding region (Chalamalasetty et al. 2011, Chalamalasetty et al. 2014).
