Pax2 binds the Lhx1 gene
Pax2 binds the regulatory region of the Lhx1 (Lim1) gene (Boualia et al. 2013). Pax2 appears to maintain Lhx1 expression since Pax2 is expressed after the initiation of Lhx1 expression (Boualia et al. 2013).
