Srf stimulates Npas4 gene transcription
In mouse neurons, Srf (serum response factor) stimulates Npas4 gene transcription (Kuzniewska et al. 2016, Lösing et al. 2017, Förstner and Knöll 2019) by directly binding to evolutionarily conserved Srf binding sites in the promoter region of the Npas4 gene (Kuzniewska et al. 2016).
