Complexed Piwil2 binds cleaved transposon RNA
RNA cleaved by Piwil2 (Mili) can be transferred to another molecule of Piwil2 (Aravin et al. 2007, Beyret et al. 2012). This is part of the "ping pong cycle" that generates further secondary piRNAs from a longer precursor.
