Domperidone, an approved dopamine receptor antagonist, binds Dengue NS1 protein and reduces Dengue infection in immortalized hepatocyte-like cells by inhibiting viral RNA replication. All four Dengue serotypes were susceptible (Kaewjiw et al., 2025).
