14-3-3 protein gamma (YWHAG) binds with the SPOP phosphorylated by the Cyclin D1:CDK4 complex and induces its sequestration, thus stabilizing PD-L1 (CD274) by inhibiting its SPOP:CUL3:RBX1-induced ubiquitination and degradation (Zhang et al., 2018)
