The "Human Pathways with Entity-level Diagrams" file consists of a tab-separated table comprising three columns that provides all top-level human pathways which have a diagram (rather than an illustration) associated with them. The columns output the pathway db_id, followed by the pathway name, and whether the pathway has a disease tag or not (true/false), respectively.
