I need to do a network analysis for (species) from RNA seq data. Can you please guide me on how to generate an FI network?

Unfortunately our ReactomeFIViz tool currently supports networks for human and mouse only. For bacterial species, you can try StringDB, which provides software tools to build networks for your genes.
