TRM13 2'-O-methylates cytidine-4 in tRNA

TRM13 methylates the 2' hydroxyl group of cytidine-4 in the acceptor stems of tRNA(Gly) and tRNA(Pro) (Wilkinson et al. 2007). The subcellular location of the reaction is unknown. Yeast lacking TRM13 have no obvious growth defect.
