TRM13 2'-O-methylates adenosine-4 in tRNA
TRM13 methylates the 2' hydroxyl group of adenosine-4 in the acceptor stem of tRNA(His). The subcellular location of the reaction is unknown. Yeast lacking TRM13 do not have an obvious growth defect.
