TRM11:TRM112 methylates guanosine-10 in tRNA yielding N(2)-methylguanosine-10

TRM11 (catalytic subunit) and TRM112 (zinc-binding subunit) form a complex which methylates the 2 position of guanosine-10 in tRNA (Purushothaman et al. 2005). TRM112 is also an accessory protein for TRM9 and BUD23.
