Egr2 and Sox10 bind the Prx promoter
ChIP seq analysis shows that EGR2 and SOX10 bind to an intronic element in the Prx gene in rat S16 cells, consistent with the known dependence of Prx expression on Egr2 and Sox10 (Jones et al, 2007; Srinivasan et al, 2012; Nagarajan et al, 2001; Bondurand et al, 2001)
