Recombinant mouse Notch4 intracellular domain fragment (NICD4), in complex with recombinant human RBPJ (CSL) and one of recombinant human mastermind proteins, MAML1, MAML2 or MAML3, stimulates transcription from the human HES5 promoter-luciferase reporter construct (Lin et al. 2002).
