Hey2 gene expression is positively regulated by Notch3

A recombinant chimeric Notch3 coactivator complex, composed of mouse Notch3 and Rbpj and (since mouse proteins are expressed in rat cells) one of rat Maml proteins, positively regulates transcription of the rat Hey2 gene (Wang et al. 2002).
