MECP2 binds the NCoR/Smrt complex
Recombinant human MECP2 binds to the recombinant mouse Ncor/Smrt complex. The complex of endogenous mouse Mecp2 and NCoR/Smrt can also be isolated from mouse brain lysates (Lyst et al. 2013).
