SrGAP binds Robo:Slit

Extracellular interaction between human SLIT2 and rat Robo1 increases the intracellular interaction between the CC3 motif of rat Robo1 and the SH3 motif of the human SRGAPs, SRGAP1, SRGAP2 and SRGAP3 (Wong et al. 2001, Li et al. 2006, Bacon et al. 2011).
