Elovl3 gene expression is positively regulated by Ebf2 and negatively regulated by Znf423
In mouse brown adipocyte lineage Elovl3 gene expression is positively regulated by the Ebf2 cofactor Blnc1 lncRNA (Mi et al. 2017) and dependent on the Ebf2-binding subunit of the BAF chromatin remodeling complex Smarcd1 (BaF60a) (Liu et al. 2020). Elovl3 gene expression is negatively regulated by the Ebf2 inhibitor Znf423 (Shao et al. 2016).
