Npas4 binds Iqsec3 gene promoter
In mouse GABAergic interneurons, Npas4 binds the consensus Npas4 site in the promoter region of the Iqsec3 gene, encoding a GABAergic synapse-specific guanine nucleotide-exchange factor for ADP-ribosylation factor (ARF-GEF) (Kim et al. 2021).
