Npas4 binds Mdm2 gene promoter
In mouse olfactory bulb neurons, Npas4 binds the Mdm2 gene locus upon sensory stimulation (Yoshihara et al. 2014). Binding of Npas4 heterodimerization partners, Arnt, Arnt2 and Arntl, to the Mdm2 gene has not been tested and Npas4 heterodimers are therefore annotated as candidates.
