Expression of Grb10
The Grb10 gene is transcribed to yield mRNA and the mRNA is translated to yield Grb10 protein (Luo et al. 2018, Zhang et al. 2019). Expression of Grb10 is activated by Atf4 in response to endoplasmic reticulum stress (Luo et al. 2018) and heme deficiency (Zhang et al. 2019).
