Foxo1 and Nr3c1 bind Trim63 gene promoter
Recombinant mouse Foxo1 and recombinant mouse Nr3c1, activated by dexamethasone, bind to evolutionarily conserved forkhead box elements and glucocorticoid receptor elements (GREs) in the promoter of the mouse Trim63 gene, encoding an E3 ubiquitin ligase Murf1 (Waddell et al. 2008).
