FADK1 interaction with DCC
The carboxy (C) terminal domain of FADK1 interacts with the C-terminal P3 domain of DCC. This FADK1-DCC interaction is required for Netrin-1 to stimulate tyrosine phosphorylation and activation of FADK1.
