DAPK binds Unc5h2
The released fragment of Unc5B with death domain interacts with a death domain containing serine/threonine kinase protein, death associated protein kinase (DAPK). DAPK mediates UNC5H2 induced cell death through a wide spectrum of apoptotic signals via its serine threonine kinase activity.
