Notch2 stimulates Gzmb transcription
Notch2 intracellular domain (NICD2) in complex with Rbpj, Creb1 and Ep300, stimulates transcription of Gzmb (granzyme B), thereby contributing to the cytotoxic function of CD8+ T-cells (Maekawa et al. 2008).
