Notch2 stimulates Hes1 transcription

In Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells, recombinant mouse Noth2 intracellular domain (NICD2) in complex with recombinant mouse Rbpj (and probably other components of the Notch2 coactivator complex derived from CHO cells, not shown here) stimulates transcription from the mouse Hes1 promoter fused to a reporter luciferase gene (Shimizu et al. 2002).
