Dll1 binds Notch2
Mouse Dll1 exogenously expressed on the surface of Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells binds Notch2, a predominant Notch protein on the surface of mouse BaF3 cells, inducing Notch2 cleavage and translocation of Notch2 intracellular domain (NICD2) to the nucleus (Shimizu et al. 2000).
