Micro RNA let‑7a (Wang et al, 2019), miR‑23b‑3p and miR‑27b‑3p (Yang et al., 2019) suppresses the translation of TGFBR3 and reduce its expression. This has been confirmed using Microarray and gene expression analysis, Fluorescence immunohistochemistry (FIHC) assay, Quantitative mRNA and miRNA measurements assays in human prostate cancer cells lines having bone metastatic capabilities, C42B and PC3‑2M, and Human atrial fibroblasts (HAFs).
