This pathway describes the transcriptional and translational regulation of TGFBR3. Regulation of TGFBR3 expression includes different transcription factors (Sp1, MyoD and RAR) (Lopez-Casillas et al., 2003), epigenetic regulators such as HELLS (Hou et al., 2021) and KLP16 (Chen et al., 2022)), and translational regulation by miRNAs (Wang et al., 2019, Zhu et al., 2012).
