TGFB1,TGFB2 binds to TGFBR3 and facilitates the TGFB1/2 binding to TGFBR2. This further amplifies the signaling induced by TGFbeta/TGFBR2 by facilitating the binding of ligands and amplifies TGFb signaling pathway (F López-Casillas et al., 1993, Blobe et al., 2001).
