The binding of b-arrestin 2 (ARBB2) to TGFBR3 is triggered yb phosphorylation of the TBFBR3 at its cytoplasmic domain (likely at threonine 841) which is mediated by TGFBR2 receptors activated by TGFB1/2. (Chen et al.,2003)
