PAXIP1 (also known as Pax2 transactivation domain interaction protein or PTIP) forms a complex with PAGR1 (also known as PTIP-associated protein or PA1). Formation of the PAXIP1:PAGR1 complex has been shown between endogenous proteins in human embryonic kidney cell line HEK293T (Gong et al. 2009) and between endogenous proteins in mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) and mouse primary B cells (Starnes et al. 2015).
